My name is Serap.
I would like to share with you the story of a dream that stretched from Türkiye to Canada. During my years as a banker, I was always looking for more. The various trainings I received, especially in the fields of professional and entrepreneurial cooking and pastry arts, formed the basis of my current vision.
The decisions I made about the life I wanted after retirement and beyond brought me to where I am now. I also come from a family with a rich culinary heritage and a deep love for the kitchen. Profiterole was actually my mother’s favorite dessert.

Let me take you back a little. Every holiday morning, even more than the excitement of the holiday, I would be filled with joy when I woke up to the smell of profiterole dough. That memory has stayed with me ever since.
What motivates me the most today is the joy of introducing my mother’s 40-year-old family recipe to curious palates. I also wanted to renew and diversify this beloved dessert. I have worked diligently over the years to create something truly special; something that combines the familiar comfort of Turkish flavors with a fresh, original presentation.
Finally, I came to Canada as a Turkish female entrepreneur who wanted to share this unique taste with a new audience.
